My Normal Life as a Nursing Student
My normal day as a nursing student starts with a rigorous clinical schedule. In order to evaluate patients' current conditions, I begin by taking their vital signs, which include blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate. I then make sure that all information is appropriately recorded for future reference by accurately documenting all findings in patient charts. I take part in a variety of specialized procedures throughout the day, like giving prescriptions, helping to care for wounds, or watching more complex clinical tasks under supervision. Charting and documentation are a constant part of my routine, ensuring that each patient’s care is tracked meticulously for safety and quality.
